RETURNED GOODS

On www.farmaciadelcinghiale.it you can make the return of the goods in a simple and fast, making use of the right of withdrawal as provided by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206. To return the goods purchased you must send written notice to: info@farmaciadelcinghiale.it
In order for the return to be accepted the goods must be intact and packaged correctly, so as not to suffer damage during transport. The refund, equivalent to the amount of the product and the original delivery costs, is received by the customer within 14 days of the withdrawal of the purchase contract. The shipping costs for the return of the products is charged to the customer. Antica Farmacia del Cinghiale uses the faculty of not accepting damaged or broken goods.

WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is regulated by law if the customer-consumer (ie a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a VAT reference) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must send to Antica Farmacia del Cinghiale an email to info@farmaciadelcinghiale.it within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The return of any item will be accepted, provided it is intact and in the original packaging, reimbursing the entire amount excluding the shipping costs that remain at the customer’s expense (as required by law).
Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (“Consumer Code”), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide explanations.
After having indicated the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be sent to Antica Farmacia del Cinghiale Piazza del Mercato Nuovo 4 5 red
50123 Florence. After the product integrity has been verified, the refund will be made by credit card or Paypal account, or by bank transfer within 14 days of the return acceptance. In any case, shipping costs remain at the customer’s charge.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to legislative decree 22/05/1999 n.185 (READ), if you are not satisfied with the goods received you can request a full refund of the cost incurred, after returning the products in a short time.
To exercise this right it is necessary to send us within 8 days of receipt of the goods a written communication to one of the following addresses:

– the invoice number
– the description and quantity of the products returned in the event of partial withdrawal
– your bank details for the refund
